About Mitsuka
昭和40年代に、昔の職人さんによって建てられた空き家を、ゲストハウスと食事処として甦らせました。宿主の生まれ故郷新潟の蔵から持ち帰った古き良き家具や着物を、現代のインテリアとマッチさせ、和洋折衷の居心地の良い空間を作り出しております。また、キッチンみつ佳では、全て手作りの家庭料理をご提供致しております。
The house built about in 1967, the owner of this guest house,Yukiko, brought the house back to life. With using old traditional Japanese furniture and Kimono from the owner's parents' house, Yukiko created a cozy anbience. At the dining room,Kitchen Mitsuka, homemade cookings are served.
About the Owner
当館の代表・國方由紀子は、大都市香港、ロンドン、シカゴ、東京で暮らし働いてきました。ご縁とは不思議なもの、いつの間にか人が温かく、大自然に抱かれた宍喰という町に移り住んでしまいました。
徳島県最南端のこの小さな町の豊かな食材を活かして、オリジナルの家庭料理を提供し、ホスピタリティあふれる宿を運営して参りたいと思っております。
Lived and worked in the big cities; Hong Kong, London, Chicago and Tokyo, I finally decided to live in this tiny town, Shishikui. Surrunded by beautiful nature, I would like to operate a guest house with a full of hospitality.
